Because our cookies are edible products, all sales are final — we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons.
However, if you receive an incorrect order or your cookies arrive damaged or broken, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund or replacement - no direct refunds will be issued.
